Breaking Change in the API

A project's height system is changed from an integer to a string:

The change above will affect all endpoints handling a Project (input and output).  

Fix 

• Allow importing SGF files with HQ (signature/`conducted_by`) as a number. Now convert to a string if number, to prevent crash during import.
